# You want to get a document signed

Follow these simple steps to send a document for signing using **Docufi3d**:

#### 🟢 Step 1: Register or Log In

* Visit [Docufi3d.com](/docufi3d/docufi3d.com.md)
* Create a free account or log in with your existing credentials

#### 📤 Step 2: Upload Your Document

* Click **"Upload Document"**
* Choose your file (e.g. `.docx`, `.pdf`, `.jpg`)
* The file will be automatically converted to PDF

#### 🖊 Step 3: Add Signers

* Click **"Add Signee"** and enter the recipient's email
* You can add multiple signers and define the order (sequential or parallel)
* Optionally assign roles (e.g. **Signer**,  **Witness**)

#### 🧭 Step 4: Configure Signature Flow

* Set automatic reminder intervals
* Decide whether to request an **Advanced (AES)** or **Qualified (QES)** signature

#### ✉️ Step 5: Send the Invite

* Click **"Invite"**
* Signers will receive a secure email with a link to sign the document

#### 🧾 Step 6: Monitor Progress

* Track the status of each signer in your dashboard
* You’ll be notified when each person signs
* Send manual reminders or let the system handle it automatically

#### 📥 Step 7: Download the Signed Document

* Once complete, download the signed PDF with embedded signature data and a full audit trail
