Follow these simple steps to send a document for signing using Docufi3d:


🟢 Step 1: Register or Log In

  • Create a free account or log in with your existing credentials


📤 Step 2: Upload Your Document

  • Click "Upload Document"

  • Choose your file (e.g. .docx, .pdf, .jpg)

  • The file will be automatically converted to PDF


🖊 Step 3: Add Signers

  • Click "Add Signee" and enter the recipient's email

  • You can add multiple signers and define the order (sequential or parallel)

  • Optionally assign roles (e.g. Signer, Witness)


🧭 Step 4: Configure Signature Flow

  • Set automatic reminder intervals

  • Decide whether to request an Advanced (AES) or Qualified (QES) signature


✉️ Step 5: Send the Invite

  • Click "Invite"

  • Signers will receive a secure email with a link to sign the document


🧾 Step 6: Monitor Progress

  • Track the status of each signer in your dashboard

  • You’ll be notified when each person signs
